Fees for architectural photography are related to creativity, origination time and usage rights required. Time and usage would be quoted as daily rates with higher rates including more extensive usage rights.

Production charges include project management, digital manipulation together with preparation of ‘master’ CD/DVD and contact sheets. Travelling, expenses and accommodation is chargeable where appropriate. All costs are subject to vat.

The photographers name (Mitch Duncan) to appear in reasonable proximity to all reproductions of the photograph/s in any display, media or website.

Copyright in any commissioned photograph is owned by Mitchell Duncan & Associates Ltd as established in the Copyright, Designs and Patent Act 1988.

All contracts are with Mitchell Duncan & Associates Ltd.
